RN-LTC/SNF

• 8 Hr Overnight

• 10:15 p. m. – 6:15 a. m. |40hours/night

• Nursing Home

• Plymouth,WI

• No RTO during the holidays

• **** Every other weekend

• • Nurse questionnaire: Must be included in EVERY submission

  • Familiar with Point Click Care

  • Must be a nurse for a minimum of 2 years, have worked as a nurse for those 2 years and have at least 2+ travel assignments prior to starting here

  • Familiar with Long Term Care and Short Term Rehab

  • Have they done admissions before?

  • What nurse to patient ratio are they familiar with working in LTC? We are at about a 1/17 for LTC about a 1/13 for Short Term Rehab for Days and PMs and night shift it is 1 nurse per unit - about a 1/28-30 ratio

  • How large are the facilities they are used to working (we have a 149 bed facility - 5 units - 4 LTC units and 1 Short term Rehab unit)
