Job Overview:

• Job Title: Labor & Delivery (LD) Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Torrance, California
• Type of Assignment: Contract (13 weeks)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 3x12 Hours, 36 hours per week
• Shift Hours: 19:00 - 07:30
• Pay Rate: $2,500 - $2,800 per week

****Qualifications:

• Valid California License

• BLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)

• ACLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)

• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

• **** AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)

• Minimum 3-years recent experience as a RN Labor & Delivery in a hospital

• Must be able to circulate

• Must be 51 miles away from the hospital

• Must have travel experience

• Must be flexible working weekends

• Float to Postpartum/Mother Baby

• May be required to float to sister facility in San Pedro

• ****Ability to do Non-stress Test, Set up a delivery table

• Precepting Skills is a plus

• Patient Diagnos es: Low and High risk labor patients. antepartum with multiples, hypertensive disorders, diabetic conditions, multiple system issues. Labor patients with multiple system disorders (HTN, DM, etc.)
