Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg Location: Polson, MT

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected acute care team in Polson, MT. This position offers several scheduling options, including part-time day shifts and per diem/on-call opportunities. Eligible external hires may qualify for up to a $10,000 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment

Provide coordinated, evidence-based, and compassionate care tailored to patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes

Maintain compliance with nursing practice standards, hospital policies, and state regulations

Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire

National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire

Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

Provider PALS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: – $77,937 - 121,014 per year

Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires
