Requirements

• Licensure: RN eligible for or licensed in Missouri

• Experience:

  • 1 year inpatient Tele (required)

  • Drug titration competency required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA only) – required

  • NIHSS – may submit without, must obtain before start

  • ACLS (AHA) – preferred

• EMR: Epic

• Float: Rotational basis

• Call: None

• Flu Vaccine: Required Nov 1 – Apr 1 (Mercy-approved exemption only)

Staffing & Equipment

• Ratios (est., not guaranteed):

  • Days: 1:5–1:6

  • Nights: 1:6–1:8

• Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment

Scheduling & Auto-Offer Notes

• Guaranteed hours flexible (36 or 48)

• Block scheduling may be approved if listed on submission

• RTO must be made up at end of assignment

• No RTO first week; only 1 holiday RTO allowed

• Night shift orients on days and must be available full week
