RN Night Shift Manager – Long-Term Care

A growing long-term care community is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the overnight nursing team.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on leader, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care throughout the night.
What They’ll Do
Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the night shift
Support and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
Respond to changes in resident condition and clinical concerns
Assist staff with complex resident-care situations
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility policies
Communicate important updates to nursing leadership and the oncoming shift
Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for overnight staff
What They’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help the team
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
