We’re seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a clinical team and oversee daily operations within a high-performing care environment. This role focuses on driving quality patient outcomes, supporting staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Manage daily operations including staffing and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NC or compact state)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• 3+ years of nursing experience with leadership or charge experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
