Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and supervisory visits, and monitor patient progress

Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and healthcare standards

Collaborate families to coordinate care

maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of South Carolina (or compact license eligibility)

1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills

CPR/BLS certification required

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professional demeanor
