About the Role:

Join 5 Star Medical Staffing LLC as an RN OR in Los Angeles, CA, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional surgical care. Be part of a dynamic team that values excellence and compassion in every procedure.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgical procedures.

Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Administer medications and IV fluids as required during surgery.

Implement and adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Document patient care and surgical procedures accurately and timely.

Provide post-operative care and support to patients and their families.

Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Current California RN license and BLS certification required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Certification in ACLS and PALS preferred.
