Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments in the client’s home or care setting
Complete start of care (SOC), recertifications, evaluations, and supervisory visits as needed
Develop, update, and maintain individualized care plans according to client needs
Provide clinical oversight to caregivers and ensure compliance with agency standards
Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures within scope of practice
Communicate effectively with clients, families, care staff, and healthcare providers
Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with company and state guidelines
Respond to PRN requests for nursing services, evaluations, and urgent client needs
Ensure safety, infection control, and high-quality care at all times
Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
CPR certification (required)
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs
Comfortable with electronic documentation systems (or willingness to learn)
