    RN PreOp/PACU Manager at Northern Monmouth Regional Surgery Center

    Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. The RN PreOp/PACU Manager will be overseeing clinical operations, managing nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsible for interpretation, direction and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center. Demonstrates the primary goal of providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred
    • Two (2) years of leadership experience in surgery management, including pre-op and post-op care with total joint and spine experience.
    • Current New Jersey RN License
    • BLS & ACLS Certification required
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

    Starting Pay: $113,000/yr - $120,000/yr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
