About the Role:

Join HOME LINK INTERNATIONAL INC as an RN-Registered Nurse in Home Care, where you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are excited to welcome dedicated nursing professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patients’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
