About the Role:

Argan Home Care in Port Charlotte, FL is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time or PRN basis. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and skilled nursing services in a home care setting

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered by the physician

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations

Requirements:

Active Florida RN license in good standing

Current CPR/BLS certification required

Previous home health, med-surg, or clinical nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
