Hourly Rate: $44.78/hr base rate + new differential

Position Summary & Responsibilities
The RN Supervisor (Night Shift) plays a key leadership role, overseeing all resident care provided by nursing staff during overnight hours. The role ensures quality, consistency, and compassionate delivery of services while maintaining regulatory compliance and mentoring nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care provided during the night shift.
Administer and oversee disciplinary actions and ensure accurate documentation of nursing care.
Ensure high standards of care, consistent with current nursing practices and resident needs.
Communicate effectively with staff and leadership on resident issues, care plans, and incidents.
Serve as a resource and mentor to night shift nurses, supporting training and development.
Respond to resident or staff concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Participate in leadership meetings and support overall operational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Current RN license and BLS Certification required.
Minimum 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient with electronic medical records and communication systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in overnight/emergency situations.
