We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and support our skilled nursing team. This is a unique opportunity to manage a unit in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while mentoring nurses and shaping high-quality care.

Your Role:
- Manage daily operations of your assigned unit
- Communicate with families regarding resident care and updates
- Supervise RN, LPN, and trainee staff, including orientation and delegation
- Conduct nursing rounds and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Mentor staff, providing clinical guidance and career development
- Establish standards of care for your unit
- Review resident records and quality of care
- Monitor overall care and address questions from residents or families
- Represent your unit to upper-level management
Qualifications:
- Valid NY RN License
- CPR Certification required
- Experience in long-term care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented, with a commitment to quality patient care
