RN Unit Manager
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay Rate: $61.38/hr
Assignment Length: 4 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (45-minute break)
Preference: Local candidates preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team. This is a 4-week contract position offering competitive pay and an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily nursing unit operations ensuring high-quality patient care

• Supervise and support nursing staff and coordinate schedules

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Mexico

• Proven leadership experience in nursing management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours if required
