    Location: Nevada $36.28 to $54.22 per hour BOE ***** GREAT SOB *****

    Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

    Position Summary:

    Our top-tier healthcare client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role is essential in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to neonatal patients and their families. The RN will utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a patient-centered approach to achieve optimal outcomes across the continuum of care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients, with consideration for the unique physiological and psychosocial needs of this population.

    • Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.

    • Engage and educate families/caregivers as part of the care team.

    • Maintain documentation and uphold standards of care in accordance with unit policies and professional nursing standards.

    • Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensure: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Nevada prior to hire.

    • Certifications:

      • Required: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)

      • Required: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

      • Preferred: STABLE certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire if not currently held)

    • Experience:

      • Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience in a Level III or Level IV facility is required.
