Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN for a consistent Monday–Friday case in Kingman. This role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to provide focused, one-on-one care in a home setting.

Essential Responsibilities• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for pediatric patients• Perform patient assessments and follow individualized care plans• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Communicate patient updates with the clinical team• Accurately document all care provided

Qualifications• Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)• Valid Driver’s License• Current BLS Certification (in-person required)• TB Test (we can provide) or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card• Article 9 Training (assistance available)
