    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking friendly faces to work part-time (16-27 hours per week) in various completed showcase homes across three Bryan/College Station residential communities. This person in this role is responsible for assisting the Sales Counselor by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, creating and distributing marketing materials across social media and other venues, and providing administrative support, as needed.

    Job duties consist of greeting visitors, informing them about the floor plans offered by RNL Homes, and answering phone and/or email inquiries. Must be outgoing, friendly, and great with people! The workdays are Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. Students are encouraged to apply for the position as the position encourages developing great communication skills and there is flexibility to schedule around your school schedule.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    Greet and direct visitors

    Be happy and have a friendly and positive attitude with families and prospective visiting the model home

    Inform visitors of floor plans, amenities, current availability, lifestyle, and HOA

    Maintain model and quick-move-in home appearance

    Create and distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests

    Create and post marketing materials across social media channels

    Make appointments for Sales Consultant and direct potential buyers to quick-move-in homes

    Complete guest registration forms & enter into Lasso CRM

    Perform related administrative duties

    Provide timely responses to questions submitted to RNL Homes email address

    Maintain sales & traffic reports and provide data to sales team

    Assist with Realtor relation efforts

    Help with community/realtor events, as needed

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    Being creative

    Customer Service and/or sales experience preferred

    This position is a Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule

    High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred

    Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Having a real estate licensed is not a requirement, if the applicant does have one, it would have to become inactive prior to starting employment.
