Job Summary
We are currently seeking friendly faces to work part-time (8-24 hours/week) in various completed showcase homes across three Bryan/College Station residential communities. This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Counselor by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support, as needed. The main workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Job duties consist of greeting visitors, informing them about the floor plans offered by RNL Homes offers, and answering phone and/or email inquiries. Must be outgoing, friendly, and great with people! There is also the possibility of helping other RNL Homes departments – specifically Sales and Marketing.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Inform visitors of floor plans, amenities, current availability, lifestyle, and HOA
Maintain model and quick-move-in home appearance
Greet and direct visitors
Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
Make appointments for Sales Consultant and direct potential buyers to quick-move-in homes
Complete guest registration forms & enter into Lasso CRM
Perform related administrative duties
Provide timely responses to questions submitted to RNL Homes email address
Maintain sales & traffic reports and provide data to sales team
Assist with Realtor relation efforts
Help with community/realtor events, as needed
Reports to: Sales Manager
Education and Experience Requirements:
Customer Service and/or sales experience preferred
This position is a Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule (The main days are Saturdays and Sundays, therefore weekend availability is a must)
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Having a real estate licensed is not a requirement, if the applicant does have one, it would have to become inactive prior to starting employment.
