Director of Finance - Ventura County, CA

Reporting to the CFO, you will provide global financial leadership to the Finance team and business stakeholders. You will be directly responsible for all the financial planning and forecasting of the businesses.

In addition, you will assist the CFO in directing and overseeing the appropriate management of the Company’s net working capital including cash flow forecasting and all capital expenditure management.  You will also support both the Vice President & Corporate Controller and the Director of Accounting to achieve a strong internal financial and business control environment.

In this position you will have 2 direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a multi-national or global focus
• M&A experience preferred
• Experience with ERP required & stand-alone Financial Planning Systems, preferred
• Strong use of Excel and other Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
• Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others – minimum of three (3) years of management experience – managing direct reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
