Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Generate and send out invoices using AIA forms, Procore, QuickBooks and GC Forms where required
• Perform project account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Maintain Insurance certificates for each project including WRAP projects
• Create monthly Lien Releases per project
• Manage Subcontractors billings, insurance and close out
