    WHAT I WILL BE DOING?

    As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for:

    Ownership over customer acquisition from developing lead generation and sales strategies through securing and negotiating the signed contract. This includes providing guidance and recommendations to clients on different product offerings.

    • Execute sales strategies, including in-person, telephone, text, email, social media, leveraging our network resources, and requesting referrals from our relationships and partnerships to develop leads.
    • Create needs analysis for potential customers or industries based on current market trends, providing a roadmap to executing sales strategies.
    • Identifying decision-makers in companies through research and lead generation to cultivate two-way relationships.
    • Document company and opportunity information in our CRM database and maintain detailed notes of activities and progress through the sales cycle.
    • Complete a Job Order in CRM and communicate with the talent team on technical and soft skills needed for the opportunity.
    • Schedule follow-up calls with customers after professionals are presented.
    • Address customer issues or concerns throughout the opportunity cycle by collaborating with the assigned Relationship Manager.
    • Procure viable leads through a defined sales strategy and leads program.
    • Effectively communicating with other members of the sales team and the talent team to best serve any relationships and/or open orders.
    • Promote informed and relevant sales and customer service content.
    • Work to preserve customers and renew contracts.
    • Maintain current and develop new relationships through the defined “touch program”

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of sales experience
