    WHAT I WILL BE DOING?

    As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing CEO’s meeting schedules and calendars
    • Communicating with internal and external clients
    • Communicating with team regarding deadlines and completion of projects
    • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
    • Documenting policies and procedures
    • Helping prepare for meetings and if needed, accurately record minutes from meetings
    • Working with CEO to get ideas from thought to paper
    • Setting up and assigning computers to employees
    • Some IT duties
    • HR onboarding paperwork and HR related duties.
    • Developing training materials
    • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
    • Keeping up with a fast-paced dynamic CEO
    • Research different software solutions and systems that may be a benefit to the company
    • Working independently with some direction
    • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
    • Provide general and administrative support

    Education/Experience: 

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
    • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
    • Great technology skills
    • Four-year degree in business administration or related field.
    • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
    • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
    • Great organizational skills
    • Ability to run with an idea and make it a reality
    • Resourceful and client-oriented
    • Acceptance and execution of job responsibilities within a team environment
