    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic approaches to attracting and engaging top industry talent across accounting and finance.
    • Assist in reinventing and scaling talent acquisition programs and processes in collaboration with firm and business leadership.
    • Engage senior leadership to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans according to external and internal customer needs
    • Partner with leaders and teams on succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments to understand future talent need and strategize accordingly.
    • Build our reputation in the industry through positive interactions with prospective clients and employees.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape; design and develop creative ideas to strengthen our competitive position as the employer of choice for top talent.
    • Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, interviewers, and referrers.
    • Develop and grow the internal team
    • Research and test new recruiting tools for the firm.

    Job Requirements:

    This role would be ideal for an experienced Recruiting Manager or Director with 8-10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry.

    • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
    • 8-10 years of professional experience in recruiting or account management in the staffing industry
    • Experience in an accounting and finance consulting firm
    • Experience building business-to-business relationships with Senior Managers, Directors, and VPs
    • Hands-on leadership experience: training, coaching, and mentoring other recruiting professionals
    • Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail and process orientation is essential to succeed
    • Problem-solving and team-building skills are required
    • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role
