ROARK has partnered with a fast-growing manufacturing company in the Inland Empire who is looking for a Sr. Accountant. Please see responsibilities and requirements below.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements
• Documenting and assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas, including production of business process flowcharts and narratives.
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
• Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
• Maintaining and reconciling lease and loan agreements
• Supervising accounting staff
• Other tasks as assigned

Educations/skills:

• CPA license preferred
• Public accounting experience (Big 4) preferred
• BS/BA degree in Accounting or related subject required
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel skills a plus
