As the Director of Accounting your job duties will include:

• Guide accounting team to help achieve positive audit results through account reconciliations and improved reporting
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to drive future growth of the organization
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit and implementing new accounting pronouncements
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, banks, and private equity partners
• Complete consolidated financial statements and investor reporting packages

   

  You are the right person if you have:

• 8 + years technical accounting experience in both public and private industries
• An active CPA license
• A Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Excellent communication abilities and the ability to deliver process improvements
• Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to implement in day-to-day operations
