Assistant Treasurer - Irvine, CA

Reporting directly to the CFO of a small, but established company you will be involved in the daily management of high volume ACH. You will support the CFO with cash management and cash forecasting as well as policies and procedures related to distribution and cash management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ plus years successfully performing in time sensitive fast-paced environment.
• Must be tech savvy and experience with NetSuite, and Online Banking Platforms, ACH Disbursement processing, and remote capture software for check deposits.
• Advanced expert level Excel skills.
• NetSuite preferred but not required

This is an on-site position. Base salary + bonus.
