PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, PA

The Production Assistant holds an important role with the Enchant team. Reporting to the

Technical Site Manager, the PA will be responsible for tracking information related to schedule,

scope, cost, spending, staffing and other logistics, and supporting the team leads with daily

progress reports. The Production Assistant will wear multiple hats assisting in a variety of roles to

support the success of the event.

COMMITMENT: Dates may change based on location

● Must be prepared to work each day of the Load-in, Install, Run-of-Show, Strike and Load-out.

● This includes the holiday season: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

and New Years Day.

● Must commit to the entire production run from the pre-event to the load-out

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

● As directed by the Technical Site Manager, track all information related to schedule, scope, cost,

staffing

● Carry out necessary administrative duties as required

● Attend ‘Daily Standup Meetings' each day with the team and maintain records of the decisions

made and relaying information as needed to additional members of the team

● Manage the assignment of tasks to crew and ensure records are kept for these assignments

● Answer queries and communications

● Work closely with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to assist with shipping and receiving

protocols as needed

● Support the Logistics Lead with tracking shipments, sourcing materials and site purchases

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

● 2+ Years of experience in the Exhibit / Event /Entertainment industry

● Project assistant/coordination experience within the entertainment industry

● Highly organized and detail oriented

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Adaptability and flexibility

● Good working knowledge of Google sheets and managing spreadsheets

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

● Our venues span over 100,000 square feet.

● Must be able to frequently walk and stand for long durations.

● Enchant is an outdoor event, and subject to local winter weather. Must dress accordingly and be

prepared.
