RUNNER

The Runner's role is critical in ensuring the success of our events. Reporting to the Logistics Lead,

you will be responsible for acquiring all site purchases needed to support the event. Coordinating

with various team members you will ensure the timely delivery of purchased items and assist with

sourcing from local suppliers.

COMMITMENT: Dates may change based on location

● Must be prepared to work each day of the Load-in, Install, Run-of-Show, Strike and Load-out.

● This includes the holiday season: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve

and New Years Day.

● Must commit to the entire production run from the pre-event to the load-out

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

● Coordinate with team to pick up and deliver items purchased for the event

● Assist with sourcing items from local suppliers when needed

● Keep an organized account of all receipts for accounting purposes

● Provide shuttle services for team members as required

● Record and report any damage to person or property during the operation

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

● 2+ years working as a runner/coordinator or equivalent in the entertainment industry

● Accountable and trustworthy

● Excellent communication skills

● Team player and willingness to help where needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

● Our venues span over 100,000 square feet

● Must be able to frequently walk and stand for long durations

● Enchant is an outdoor event, and subject to local winter weather

● Ability to lift and move objects 40+ lbs
