ROI Solutions in partnership with VISA is looking for agents with excellent communication, phone and customer service skills to join our growing elite team with Visa.

We are looking for mature, self-motivated, well-spoken, detail-orientated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the fifth largest brand name in the country, VISA®. You will be reaching out to companies. You will contact 60-80 suppliers each day on behalf of one of our clients and walk them through the transition process from the old pay by check method to the new VISA® commercial credit card process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with multiple clients and multi task Data mining experience
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• General computer skills, M/S Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, CRM
• 30 plus wpm typing
• Outbound phone experience
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Flexible shifts available from 6AM – 5PM. M-F No weekends

Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour base. + Commissions
