Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 • Generous Paid Time Off • Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities: • Spearheaded strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. • Collaborate with executive team members to set and achieve company objectives. • Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification, developing plans to capitalize on them. • Monitor key performance indicators to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement. • Oversee staff training and development initiatives, ensuring a high level of competency within the team. • Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and teamwork. • Provide support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. • Proven track record of leadership in a dynamic operational environment. • Strong understanding of construction operations and project management principles. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving innovation. • Experience in mergers and acquisitions is advantageous. • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
