In the capacity of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ROI Construction, you will hold a crucial position in supervising and refining our day-to-day functions to guarantee effectiveness, output, and financial success. Answering directly to the CEO, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to rationalize procedures, elevate project completion, and optimize resource management. The ideal contender will boast a solid construction management background, demonstrated leadership acumen, and a forward-thinking approach to guide our enterprise through its forthcoming growth phase. Compensation Package: Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 • Generous Paid Time Off • Growth Potential • Potential for Bonuses Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions within the company • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments • Oversee project management processes to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality control • Collaborate with executive team members to set and achieve company goals and objectives • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, and develop plans to capitalize on them • Establish and maintain effective communication channels between departments to foster collaboration and teamwork • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Continuing to monitor and change systems and processes • Experience with P&L and forecasting • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence • Data analysis for growth • Work with staff around onboarding and training. May oversee hiring firing and managing the team • Running day-to-day and taking anything and everything off of the CEO Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within a service industry. The tech industry is a desired field • Strong understanding of operations, project management principles, and best practices • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions • Mergers and acquisitions experience • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
