    We are hiring a Recruiter to support the recruitment division of Finance and Accounting. This role is working for us at ROI Search Group, a women-owned recruitment/staffing firm based in Fishers, IN specializing in finance & accounting highly specialized roles.     We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter with a background in finance and accounting to join our dynamic team. As a Finance and Accounting Recruiter at ROI Search Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent within the finance and accounting industry. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and qualify candidates to meet the needs of our clients, who range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

    The position is based in our Fishers office. The position will be hybrid. Currently, we host training with the team in Fishers, IN, twice annually and will be eligible for the annual incentive trip.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-caliber finance and accounting professionals, including networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct recruiting efforts.
    • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for potential job opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview and selection process, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a seamless transition for both candidates and clients.
    • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on finance and accounting positions.
    • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, terminology, and industry trends.
    • Proven history of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in finance and accounting roles across various levels of seniority.
    • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruiting tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Initiate a high volume of calls and emails to potential prospects with a national reach and exceed weekly KPIs.
    • Conduct interactions with candidates in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
    • Adept in having sensitive and/or difficult conversations with clients.
    • Position primary focus will be on candidate interaction and effectively presenting our services.
    • Send outs and scheduling 1st interviews.

    Position Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of prior experience working in staffing-level recruitment with demonstrated results in sales.
    • Ability to be persuasive and a polished presence to confidently communicate with C-Suite level executives.
    • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated mindset along with exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to see the big picture.
    • Resilient, driven, and able to adapt to a changing recruitment landscape and competitive job market.
    • High integrity initiative-taker with effective communication skills and a passion for the organization.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    This role is primarily hybrid and full-time.
