We are looking for multiple Accounting Managers to support our clients in healthcare and finance.
The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of reports, balance sheets and income statements. The Accounting Manager will provide supervision of day-to-day functions of their team members in a diverse work setting. This role will ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards as well as monitor assigned performance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Oversee daily functions of department team members including preparation of reports, balance sheets and income statements.
- Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
- Partner with leaders for departmental quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and standards. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage the organization's budget. Provide financial forecasts and analysis to assist in decision-making. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Implement and monitor accounting policies and procedures.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Master’s degree preferred.
- Five plus years of progressive financial experience.
- Three or more years of management experience.
- Professional certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is essential. Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or others relevant to the industry is beneficial.
