    Based in Fishers, IN, ROISG is seeking an experienced Client Strategic Consultant to take the lead on business development. This position is highly concentrated on interfacing with clientele. The Client Strategic Consultant will partner with key leaders to determine what services would best fulfill their talent acquisition or talent development needs. We are looking for a high-energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing relationships. The successful applicant will focus on building relationships with new clients who can benefit from our outplacement and career transition services, training, and recruitment services both permanent and contract roles. In addition, the Client Strategic Consultant will partner with the recruitment team to attract the best talent for our clients.

    Our positions are always offered remote and have been since 2017. This position is remote but preferred the individual resides in Indiana. A compensation package includes retirement benefits, eligibility for annual incentive trip with your plus one and other reimbursables. Compensation based on experience. We have Full-time and Part-time opportunities. 

    Responsibilities and duties includes, but not limited to:

    • Client Management (60%): Partner with clients, building and maintaining a sustainable relationship and conducting weekly status calls/updates with clients on recruitment efforts. Ensure recruiting levels are appropriate to satisfy client’s needs. Educate and remind the client on the process. Providing training opportunities for client leadership and/or their team members. Introducing alternative services such as outplacement partnerships or contract personnel when best fits the clients’ needs.
    • Candidate Management (20%): Attract top talent for openings by utilizing passive recruitment such as cold engagement to qualified candidates, contact referrals, etc. Conduct in-depth phones interviews and provide executive candidate summaries for all candidates moving forward in the process. Educate candidate about the client’s organization. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Projects (10%): Provide leadership with data driven metrics and reports on business development, recruitment initiatives and staffing placement. Participate in special projects for recruiting initiatives such as leveraging of sourcing of talent to build a database for top senior level performers.
    • Utilization of CRM tool (10%), working together as a team, and most importantly aligning with the values and mission of ROI Search Group, which can be found on our website.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Must be located in Indiana, work well independently and remotely.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development with healthcare experience preferred.
    • Previous experience with working with an ATS to source, track and manage applicants is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be proficient with MS Office.
    • Must have strong sales experience and skillset.
    • Ability to multi-task and take initiative, work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and always maintaining a positive image.
    • May be required to travel to clients occasionally; however most meetings (95%) occur by zoom.
