Our client is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join their prominent Fishers real estate company. This role will be responsible for the administration of real estate and appraisal business including but not limited to property research, data entry, website updating, client care management, invoicing, and file management.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, multi-tasker and very organized. They must be flexible and able to meet deadlines. They must be comfortable making phone calls to Realtors, zoning departments, etc. to obtain property information. There will be an opportunity to work additional hours from time to time. This role is remote with occasional travel required.
