    We are looking for an Intermediate Cerner Core Systems Analyst to join a prominent healthcare system. This role will be supporting their Indianapolis, Indiana location. The Intermediate Cerner Core Systems Analyst will work within the Cerner Event Set Hierarchy Build and implement large content packages for the system. The analyst will be responsible for implementation and document requirements, testing, code/script, processes and workflow. This position will compare current build to package implementation and make recommendations regarding alignment. Upon implementation, this position will be responsible for conducting the analysis of the implementation with the existing system build to ensure there are no data integrity issues. The analyst will partner with technical and application team members as well as end users in the design, configuration, testing and support of Cerner solutions. This role is permanent. 

    Please note on required vaccinations: Our client requires all new hires to receive various vaccinations, including the influenza and COVID-19 vaccines, barring an approved exemption. New hires will also be provided the option to submit proof of previous vaccination

    Qualifications include:

    • At least 2 years’ experience with Cerner Event Set Hierarchy Build.
    • Experience is required with ESH optimization such as cleanup, alignment, etc along with in depth analysis of Cerner content with existing client domain.
    • Previous experience implementing and maintaining Cerner Core services with knowledge of the various Cerner Core components including to but not limited to Event Set Hierarchy management, Core Event, Core Event Manager, Ops jobs, DTAs, Code Sets, and Code Values. 
    • Experience comparing current build to package implementation and successfully making recommendations regarding alignment.
    • Experience in working with technical and application team members as well as end users in the design, configuration, testing and support of Cerner solutions
    • Strong troubleshooting skill in resolving Core related issues.
    • Familiarity with hospital operations and have a strong understanding of change control process.
