    We are hiring one full-time Recruiting Coordinator.

    This position is located at our Fishers office. The employee must be based in Indiana.

    The Recruitment Coordinator support recruiters and sourcers /researchers in their efforts to engage job candidates. This means posting open job listings to the appropriate job boards and sourcing channels, coordinating interviews and travel, conducting background checks, creating offer letters, developing search strategies and agreements to support our client consultants and recruiters and many other supportive tasks. This role also is responsible for the workflow of the direct hire process, contractor on boarding from start to finish, communication of metrics through the team, and the ATS system, which is Crelate.

    Summary of Responsibilities include:

    • Posting jobs
    • Running a testimonial and feedback program
    • Vendor relationships including RFP/RFI responses
    • Management of calendars
    • Developing job postings, search strategies, agreements, background checks, and developing internal interview questions and templates
    • ATS system and training our team to leverage new opportunities in the system
    • Onboarding of the contractors - from start to finish
    • All documents for the direct hire workflow, including all templates, schedule of meetings, and job postings
    • Time tracking and time sheets of all staff and coordination of payroll
    • Other administration
    • Other projects as assigned.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Use templates to send marketing emails.
    • Create, maintain, and add new contacts to email distribution lists, driving the creation of content (with team’s support); follow up on leads generated/ clicked links and respond to replies.
    • Maintain social media including posting and managing responses.
    • Develop a posting schedule and continuously engage with the marketplace through creative posts on social media.
    • Coordinate call scheduling and follow up with outstanding action items and messaging.
    • Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system and update client and candidate information, as requested.
    • Responding to RFPs.
    • Responsible for cultivating daily client prospect lists.
    • Daily client prospect list outreach.
    • Booking meetings for client consultants, candidates, and clients.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to set meetings, manage calendars, statistics, and communicate effectively.
    • Social media proficiency to connect and network with both potential clients and passive candidates.
    • Ambitious with the ability to be a team player.
    • Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality.
    • High energy and competitive personality with the ability and motivation to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere.
    • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment; ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Five years of administrative experience; preferably within a recruiting organization but not required.
