Job Description:

As a Recruiter at RoofCo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and engaging talented individuals to join our roofing team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, strategize on candidate sourcing, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure we hire the best fit for each role. Your primary goal will be to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates while upholding our company's values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles for each open position.

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.

• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with the company's culture and values.

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
