AHEAD OF THE OPENING OF OUR TWO VENUES, IN SANTA MONICA AND IN EL SEGUNDO, WE ARE LOOKING FOR BOX OFFICE STAFF TO JOIN US IN creating magical and memorable movie moments. It’s your job to set the tone and atmosphere for guests and other team members, making sure everyone is ready for an enjoyable evening under the stars. 

A DAY IS THE LIFE OF ONE OF OUR BOX OFFICE TEAM MEMBERS

You arrive at our venue, check in with the team and your manager and get the show going. You run through the opening checklist (opening the kiosks, getting the popcorn popping, ensuring all our cold items are stocked and ready to be served, and make sure the guest information packs are ready to go). Then it’s time to get your parking attire ready. You pick up your walkie talkie radio and your light wands, and get ready to start guiding guests into their spots. Make sure they are tuned into the correct radio, and their night is set to begin!

KEY TASKS

• Preparing popcorn (full training provided)
• Ringing up concessions items
• Parking guests upon arrival using directional lights
• Talking to guests, being friendly and helping them enjoy their evening
• Cleaning and closing the venue kiosks securely at the end of the night

COMPENSATION

$17 p/h rate, 30-35 hours per week

Standard Open Hours for shifts: 5pm-1am
