Job Title: Finance Director
Location: Phoenix, AZ *Relocation package is available for out of state candidates
Salary: Flexible, DOE ~$175-200K plus bonus, equity, and full benefits package
Other: In-office environment w/ flexible schedule & WFH 1 day/week options
Overview: The Finance Director will be responsible for enhancing, creating, leading, and managing the key initiatives of the Corporate Finance Department which include: Strategy, FP&A, M&A due diligence, financial data management, analysis, and process improvement and BOD presentations, timely reporting, and insightful decision support.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the annual budget, monthly forecasting, quarterly management reporting while supporting the strategic planning process
Consolidate financial results and understand drivers of financial performance; Anticipate and predict future income statement, balance sheet, and operational line items
Create, maintain, and present the budget and forecast packages to senior leadership
Proactively demonstrate understanding of the company-wide performance drivers and aggregate information into a cohesive message
Support accounting, FP&A Data and reporting to improve governance and financial processes
Identify and implement improvements to FP&A infrastructure, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Masters/ MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in: F500 Corporate FP&A or Strategic Finance and/or Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Public Accounting, or Management Consulting
Prior M&A due diligence analysis preferred
