    Responsibilities:

    The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is responsible for analyzing financial statements, reports, developing financial models, preparing forecasts, and reporting to senior management. The SFA will play a key role in analyzing financial data, providing insights to management, supporting strategic planning, while helping to drive the company's financial performance. The SFA also takes a lead role in the budget and forecast preparation along with analysis of actual results for the corporate office.

    *The ideal candidate will possess strong technical FP&A, data analytics, polished interpersonal communication & relationship building skills and a high potential for advancement into a leadership role as they and the organization grows over time.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area

    • 2+ years Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis or Public Accounting experience

    • Experience building a centralized data system

    • Experience managing financial forecasts, including P&L and Balance Sheet elements

    • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Query, DAX, Power BI) or related like Python, Tableau or VBA

    • Experience with change management using data driven decision making
