Position: Clinic Manager with Clinical Background

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager with a clinical background to lead our team at 1to1 Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Manage and supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
4. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Coordinate patient care and manage patient flow to minimize wait times and enhance patient experience.
6. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
8. Maintain and update electronic health records and other medical documentation.
9. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development.
10. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
11. Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment.
12. Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
15. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinic services.
16. Ensure the clinic is compliant with Medicare and private health insurance regulations and billing practices.
17. Manage and oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to Medicare and private health insurance companies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare management role.

Strong clinical background with experience in patient care.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in electronic health records and medical software.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.

Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and needs.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrated ability to implement and manage quality improvement initiatives.

Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and private health insurance regulations and billing practices.

Experience with billing processes and ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to Medicare and private health insurance companies.
