Currently, we are hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative. This person will get hands-on training in our sales department and learn daily sales operations. Once proficient in sales, our Sales Representatives start learning additional business systems and are recognized as developing leaders within our company.
Entry Level Sales Representatives' Initial responsibilities:
Meet and interact with customers, in-person
Learn and implement our sales systems (all tools necessary to be successful in this role are provided to you)
Meet weekly sales goals
Requirements of the Entry Level Sales Representative:
0-3 years of experience in any role dealing directly with customers or people face-to-face) - including sales, hospitality, restaurant, and retail
You must be people-oriented and able to work in a team environment
You like having fun and engaging with your colleagues
You know how to work hard and be goal-oriented
You have great communication skills
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
