Qualifications
- 8+ years in development or systems analysis roles, including 3+ years building UiPath automations in production environments.
- Strong command of UiPath development best practices, including component reuse, error handling, and logging.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI/ML techniques, such as NLP, LLMs, or classification models, into automation efforts in previous roles.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS Federal Financials (R12+), especially GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, FA, and IBY.
- Proficiency with APIs, JSON/XML, and secure integration practices.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire).
- Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or similar AI-capable RPA tools.
- Experience in federal financial environments or regulated enterprise contexts.
- Exposure to additional RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
