Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years in architect or lead roles within complex enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of direct UiPath development and architecture experience with strong understanding of orchestrator operations, system behavior, and upgrade impacts.
- Expertise in Oracle EBS Federal Financials and automation within high-compliance or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of reliable, recoverable, secure, and auditable automation design.
- Proficiency in API integration patterns, JSON, XML, and secure communication practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery and code reviews.
- Education requirement is an Advanced Degree, at the Masters level or higher in Computer science or IT related Program

Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or comparable AI/ML tools used for document processing, classification, or intelligent automation.
- Experience in federal financial systems, shared services, or other high-compliance environments.
- Exposure to other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Awareness of emerging federal guidance related to AI, automation, and data governance.
