Schedule:
Monday- Friday 7:30am -6:30pm work alternate Saturdays
Coordinating staffing, scheduling and logistics for a variety of trades shows, executing in a time sensitive environment
• • Provide support and coverage in the call center during high volume calls/emails as needed
• • Provide sales support for Customer Service duties, such as order management, order entry, returns management, and providing exception customer service
• • Work with the sales team on processing new account requests
• • Review dealer visits and assign/process dealer registrations
• • Create and update ship-to’s in BMS
• • Responsible for electronic and hard copy filing of customer contracts documents
• • Make alterations to accounts as requested such as address changes, product line pricing and product offering under the leadership of the Customer Service Manager
• • Performs other related duties as requested
A SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT SPECIALIST TRAINEE
• • Will possess the same skills and knowledge as a Customer Service Agent 2-3
• • Provide solutions to complex customer/account concerns and issues
• • Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple duties, manage time, and follow through on all tasks and projects with little or no supervision.
• • Will be able to create outside-the-box solutions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• • Experience with the travel program Egencia preferred
• • Experience with Power Bi preferred
• • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and intermediate + experience with Excel
• • Great organization and communication skills
