RPC COMPANY IS RECRUITING CHAT AGENTS FOR A PROGRESSIVE COMPANY IN THE NORTH DALLAS AREA! ROLE

• Inbound Call and Chat Agent - North Dallas, TX

WHEN YOU WILL BE WORKING

• Training is 7 weeks
• 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm working from home.
• After training, will need to be flexible with shift times. (Times between 6am and 11pm).

HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE MAKING

• Chat Agents make $11.75/hour or $13.00/hour if Bilingual (Overtime after training!)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will be answering inbound chats and taking escalation cases, and providing excelling customer service

• You will utilize an in-house search engine to quickly find responses to most inquiries regarding customer' s cable/internet service

• Virtual Training until ban is lifted
