    Survey Project Manager / Project RPLS

    We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager / Project RPLS to lead efforts on a multi-year heavy civil construction project based in Houston, TX. This role involves full project oversight, including project management, invoicing, and coordination with the site’s general contractor and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include reviewing survey work orders, scheduling crews, documenting re-stake requests, and maintaining both field and office survey procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.

    You’ll also play a critical role in identifying and recruiting key personnel, as well as mentoring and training survey staff to support their professional growth and development.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of professional licensed surveying experience

    • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in the State of Texas

    • Proficiency with Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center (TBC)

    • Strong background in construction surveying and staking

    • Knowledge of current surveying technologies, principles, and best practices

    • Ability to mentor and lead staff within a collaborative environment
