ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Assisting with the steps of the new hire and recruiting process. -Supporting the local hourly orientation program. -Proficient with technology and assisting others with technology -Responding to unemployment claims. -Auditing of various paperwork and processes. -Filing of employee documentation and paperwork. -Customer service oriented EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required: Actively pursuing Associates or Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Current or recent graduate of an Associates or Bachelor’s degree program related to Human Resources or Business
